The Attitude of Gratitude

When is the last time you experienced feeling grateful?
Did know it is one of the most powerful ways to focus on success? Every night, as I fall asleep, I take a few deep breaths, relax, and allow myself to move into the present moment. In less than a minute I am ready to focus on feeling how good life is right now. This is a wonderful way to experience what is happening right now and the truth of my life. I give thanks for all the wonderful things I have in my life. Whether it's health, relationships, career, activities, and so much more. It's a great way to remember how amazing life is. Of course we don't ignore our issues, but in my opinion we spend too much time focusing upon what it is we don't have instead of realizing how incredible life really is. This joy of life is the background of everything we can feel throughout the day. It is a constant reminder of how amazing life can be right now. I do the best I can to take a few moments each day and feel that happiness and gratitude. It might seem odd by every time I come out of a store with groceries I take a few moments, pause, and feel how incredibly grateful I am to be able to go into a store and come out with what I want and need. To be able to enjoy how amazing it is to be able to buy those items that make me happy and healthy. How amazing it is that we have the ability so many times a day to live a great life! Yet how often do we feel overwhelmed by negative thoughts, feelings and concerns that seem to over-power all the good in our life. So if I may suggest, just take a few minutes each day and experience those Now moments by enjoying these positive experiences. Whatever helps you to tune into your inner gratitude please consider that it will help you to create your life in the Now right now.
